１． 安裝場所：

１: 變頻器運行溫度多為：０～４０或－１０～５０，要注意變頻器柜體通風性。

1: Frequency converter operating temperature is mostly 0-40 or-10-50, attention should be paid to the ventilation of the converter cabinet.

２: 變頻器周圍濕度為百分之９０以下。周圍濕度過高，存電氣結緣降低和金屬部分腐蝕問題。受安裝場所限制，變頻器不已安裝濕度高場所，變頻器柜體應盡量采用密封結構。為防止變頻器停止時結露，裝置需加對流加熱器。

３: 變頻器周圍不應有腐蝕性、爆炸性或燃燒性氣體以及粉塵和油霧。變頻器安裝周圍如有爆炸性和燃燒性氣體，變頻器內有易產生火花繼電器和接觸器，會引起火災或爆炸事故。有腐蝕性氣體時，金屬部分產生腐蝕，影響變頻器長期運行。變頻器周圍存粉塵和油霧時，這些氣體變頻器內附著、堆積將導致結緣降低；強迫風冷變頻器，過濾器堵塞將引起變頻器內溫度異常上升，致使變頻器不能穩定運行。

3: There should be no corrosive, explosive or combustible gas, dust and oil mist around the frequency converter. If there are explosive and burning gases around the installation of frequency converter, there are spark relays and contactors in the frequency converter, which will cause fire or explosion accidents. When there is corrosive gas, the metal part will corrode, which will affect the long-term operation of the frequency converter. When dust and oil mist are stored around the converter, the attachment and accumulation of these gases in the converter will lead to the decrease of the junction; when forced air-cooled converter is blocked, the temperature in the converter will rise abnormally, resulting in the unstable operation of the converter.

４: 變頻器耐振性應機種而不同，振動超過變頻器容許值時，將產生部件緊固部分松動以及繼電器和接觸器等可動部分器件誤動作，往往導致變頻器不能穩定運行。機床、船舶等事先能預見振動場合，應考慮變頻器振動問題。

4: The vibration resistance of frequency converter varies according to the type of machine. When the vibration exceeds the allowable value of frequency converter, it will result in the loosening of the fastening part of components and the misoperation of movable parts such as relays and contactors, which often leads to the unstable operation of frequency converter. The problem of frequency converter vibration should be considered when machine tools, ships and other vibration situations can be predicted beforehand.

５: 變頻器標高多規定１０００ｍ以下。標高高則氣壓下將，容易產生結緣破壞。另外標高高冷卻效果也下降，必須注意溫升。

5: The elevation of frequency converter is usually less than 1000m. The elevation will lead to the failure of the bond under the atmospheric pressure. In addition, the cooling effect of elevation decreases, so we must pay attention to temperature rise.

變頻器接線：

各種工廠和設備采用變頻調速時，變頻器電源側和電機側都會產生 諧波干擾，對供電電網和變頻器周圍其他電氣設備要產生ＥＭＣ干擾。另外確保變頻器長期可靠運行，變頻器接線是非常重要。
