1、變頻器定期檢查項目

1. Frequency Converter Regular Inspection Items

1)開關電源工作電壓確定合乎軟啟動器需要工作電壓；布線接線端子和射頻連接器，是不是松脫(電源插頭與接線端子中是不是有斷股)；

1) The working voltage of switching power supply conforms to the requirement of soft starter, wiring terminal and radio frequency connector are loosened (whether there is a broken strand in the power plug and terminal);

2)變頻器內部是否有灰塵，輸出電流，輸出頻率(量出結果其差距不可太大)；

3)檢查周圍的溫度是否在-5℃ ~ 40℃之間，安裝環境是否通風良好；

4)濕度：維持在百分之90以下(不可有結水滴的現象)；

2、變頻器維修檢測注意事項

1)維護檢查時，務必先切斷輸入變頻器(R.S.T)的電源；

2)確定變頻器電源切斷，顯示消失后，等到內部高壓指示燈熄滅后，才實施維護、檢查；

3)在檢查過程中，不可以將內部電源及線材，排線拔起及誤配，否則會造成變頻器不工作或損壞；

4)安裝時螺絲等配件不可置留在變頻器內部，以免電路板造成短路現象；
